This Cookie Policy explains how Thrum, Inc., doing business as QuarqAI (“QuarqAI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on https://quarq.ai (the “Site”). It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes more broadly how we collect, use, and protect information.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember information about your visit, like your preferences or how you navigated the site, and are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide analytics and reporting. We also use related technologies such as pixels, web beacons, and local storage, which this policy refers to collectively as “cookies”.
2. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function: basic navigation, security, and performance caching. These cannot be disabled without affecting how the Site works.
Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, time on page, referral source) via Google Analytics and Jetpack site statistics.
Functional — support form submissions, demo requests, and related follow-up through HubSpot, our CRM and marketing platform.
We do not currently use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies on the Site. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required by law, request consent first.
3. Providers behind our cookies
- Automattic / Jetpack (WordPress.com infrastructure) — site security, performance, and content delivery
- Google (Analytics, Site Kit, Search Console) — traffic and search-performance analytics
- HubSpot — form submissions, demo booking, and marketing communications
- Wordfence / Solid Security Pro — login security and intrusion prevention
- LiteSpeed Cache — page-load performance
4. Managing your consent
We are working on a cookie-preference tool that will let visitors choose which non-essential cookies to allow. Until it’s live, you can manage cookies at the browser level as described in Section 5, and opt out of analytics cookies individually using the tools linked there. If you’d like us to disable non-essential cookies for your session in the meantime, contact us at contact@quarq.ai.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you view what cookies are stored and delete them individually, block third-party cookies, block cookies from particular sites, block all cookies, or delete all cookies when you close your browser.
Because cookies allow the Site to function properly, blocking or deleting them may affect your experience, including your ability to submit forms or book a demo.
You can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is currently no industry-standard way to respond to these signals, so the Site does not respond to them differently than described in this policy.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above.
